I came here and the customer service was awful and i felt like i was being rushed and the girl behind the counter was rolling her eyes completely when i spoke. Definitely will not be coming back here with my young children.

Went to this location with my boyfriend and was super disappointed. We love twist it top it and go very often but to a different location. When we walked in it was super clean which was a pleasant surprise. We got our usual and when we got to the car to eat it my boyfriend kept complaining that the cheesecake bites and Kit Kat tasted old and stale. He said the cheesecake bites tasted like “refrigerator”. Nothing was really wrong with mine as I get my froyo pretty basic but I did notice that the flavor wasn’t as prominent as it is at the other locations. The cake batter was very very mild and didn’t taste like cake batter at all, nor did the cheesecake froyo (those were the only 2 flavors I got). Even with that though, mine wasn’t bad. I finished it and was shocked when my boyfriend said he couldn’t eat his, it was too nasty. That means a lot because he is literally a human garbage disposal, he never waste anything and will eat anything put in front of him. I went back in to tell the lady working, not sure her name. She told me but she had a thick accident and I have no clue how to spell it. Her name starts with an M and she’s from maybe Rusia? No disrespect at all if that’s not the correct country she’s from. She was very rude when I told her everything above and she said “what do you want me to do about it?” She then wanted to go back and forth with me about what my boyfriend said he tasted. Without washing her hands she goes over to the toppings bar and sticks her hand in the Kit Kats and takes one out to taste it (let’s note that she never said it wasn’t stale though) she said nothing else about how it’s “fresh” and then said “you can get another one with no toppings but I’m not giving you a refund”. I did that so it wasn’t a total loss but then she wanted to start up again saying that of course it’s going to taste a certain way because we added toppings. I let her know we go to twist it top it very frequently and aren’t new to how it taste. He gets the same thing every time. A little more back and forth before I just asked for her name and left. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

I was disappointed with my experience here. The yogurt was good. I liked the chocolate and the cake batter. I thought the dulce de leche flavor was too strong. Also the cookie dough bites and rainbow cookie bites tasted stale, we actually had to pick them out to be able to enjoy the rest of the yogurt. I think their prices are high as well, could be cheaper. After all 45 bucks for 3 cups of yogurt is kind of much. But overall I liked the environment of the store and they have a nice little outdoor seating area.

Multiple varieties of swwet treats to pick out of . As well as cakes and pastries, I'm pretty sure . The frozen yogurt is amazing bursting with color and flavor.

i have been wanting froyo for so long and this hit the spot maaaaan? i fill my cup about halfway and end up loading up on toppings, and it was still just under $10, so i was very happy, lol.

Amazing froyo at this place. They have such good options to select from plus the toppings are so good and unique. They have indoor and outdoor seating. One of the best froyo spots I have tried.

I came in here with a couple friends to have some gummy bears and sour gummy worms. I came in got disrespected, called immature, told to leave when I was just trying to enjoy some treats from my favorite spot. I may never return and I noticed the B health inspection grade they have received from the previous A.

Diana from Twist It Top It was super friendly! My mom and I went in there for a quick late night scoop and she was super tentative. She even told us about the new renovations to the decor so we are very excited to grab another delicious scoop soon when the new look is done. Thanks Diana!
