We stopped in for dessert tonight but things were pretty gross. The seating area is cute and there’s games on almost every table. However, the staff was not who you’d want to serve any type of food. The 3 were sharing a pizza while serving. They’d eat a few bites then scoop the gelato. When we walked in the handles of the scoops were all laying in the gelato and very unlclean. You can see from the photos how dirty the cases were. They didn’t seem to care that customers needed assistance. They’d eat or talk to each other and then walk to the counter. One of the staff members was constantly playing with his hair and then would scoop the gelato, eat pizza, scoop gelato and go back to hair twirling. Maybe put clean gloves on before serving? We ordered cookies (prepackaged) and the person we were with ordered macaroons and they were all lacking. The macaroons were the worst sadly. I truly wish this place would have been clean and tasty. I loved the thought.

I was given some chocolates from here for my birthday last year and they were delicious. I was looking at the website to get more for my upcoming birthday but don't see them at all. Gave 4 stars because I can't find what I'm looking for. Will change rating if I can get a response on how to get the chocolate I'm looking for. I only have one pic of what I'm looking for the other product is the blueberry dark chocolate balls.

The owner is so friendly and his dog is the sweetest. My favorite flavor of gelato is the Ballantyne Mud. I grab it every time! I wish it was sold in stores--that's just how delicious it is! Don't EVERRRR stop making it!

I stumbled across this place on Thursday, 02-15-24 while picking up dinner at another establishment. I was impressed by the gelato & truffle flavors; some were regular while others were eccentric.

The young lady serving me was pleasant and offered me samples of gelato. I tried the caramel whiskey and was instantly in love. I bought a small cup with a scoop of caramel whiskey and cookie butter. While deciding on flavors, she informed me that each flavor came in either dark or milk chocolate. I choose a dark chocolate amaretto and a milk chocolate salted caramel. This was a good splurge and I'm looking forward to returning.

Very rarely am I giving out 5 stars! I went here on Father's Day and it was surprisingly slow.

The girl working the counter was nice and very patient while my group and I meandered around trying to decide what to get.

The prices are a bit high, but they do give you your money's worth. The small (that I got) was more than enough and came with the option to get two flavors, which I got lemon cookie and java chip. Massive recommendation from me.

There's tons of games to play as well if you're looking to just escape the summer heat for a bit and relax.

Expect medium/high prices but equally quality gelato!

I discovered a gelato shop that offers a delightful selection of quirky and unique flavors that I hadn't seen elsewhere, such as pistachio lemon curd and rose balsamic. One flavor combination we tried was lemon pistachio, which was definitely unique. However, I found the texture of the gelato to be slightly grainy and lighter than I prefer. Personally, I enjoy a creamier and denser texture in gelato. On the bright side, they also had chocolates available, which I absolutely loved. The chocolates were a perfect balance of softness and crunchiness, with a well-rounded sweetness and flavor. If you're someone who enjoys exploring unique flavors in desserts, this place is definitely worth a visit.
