We've been coming here for years when in town. Delicious ice cream, and we'll grab a Pott's Hot Dog on occasion. My only consistent gripe is the level of service. There are 3 order lines, but no one was handling line 2 this evening. Lots of workers on hand but busy watching the outside lines.

Latest trip...enjoying a cup of Death By Chocolate along Hamilton Blvd.

People seem to love this place & enjoy the multitude of flavors they have to offer! THE MILKSHAKES ARE PHENOMENAL, AS WELL AS THE ATMOSPHERE & CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tables could be a little cleaner but they do a whopping business!!!

I ordered a banana split. My banana split did not come with a banana. The ice cream was small. I called them up to make a complaint they expect me to take my order back so they add a half of banana. Don't y'all think by the time I get there my ice cream will be all melt.

This place is old fashion, seems to not have been renovated in YEARS! Needs to be remodeled!! However, they do have some really good ice cream/cake. My wife and I walked in looking for birthday ice cream cake and was not greeted at all, until it was time to check out with our cake.
The staff was friendly, and did write on our cake for no extra charge.

Unparalleled service! The young lady who helped us knew not only flavors and options off the top of her head, but the nutrition information as well! Such a positive experience! It's Ice cream after all, it was delicious (even though I got the low fat, no sugar option.)

My family has been buying cakes from ice cream world for 20+ years. I accidentally picked a vanilla & chocolate cake instead of all vanilla. They refused to exchange the cake, I was out of the store for only 12 minutes. I’m currently battling cancer and going through chemo and my digestive system can’t handle chocolate.

PS…. The cake I bought was put in the cooler with the all vanilla cakes. Owner was extremely rude.

I am writing to advise the public and thank the staff for the availability of dry ice from this establishment. Saved an entire refrigerator-freezer full of food during several power outages. Food and service were great also. Atmosphere is friendly.
