Daniel was AMAZING his customer service was like how it used to be in the good days truly outstanding! He was quick and still interacted with customers all with a smile and answering questions, the ice cream is really good way better then the stores or DQ or even cold stone, it’s pricey but that’s understandable as they go above and beyond with the ingredients only the best all the way from Italy so now you know why. It’s hard when they are far away to get out to them but hopefully they will be near the Dakota valley school! Lots of people won’t have to drive so far to get a taste of heaven!!! Thanks again Daniel hopefully we see you out here again!

We hired HipPOPs to host our homeowner appreciation party last night for the Ridge at Ward Station. Daniel and Shay were so easy to work with and totally accomodating to our needs. The menu was great and the Ice Cream was even better. We highly recommend using this company for your next event.

everything had tasted good. their motto is made fresh daily but this apparently isn’t true. i was very disappointed in paying 6$ for the frost bite and i pulled the longest hair out of my banana. it was dipped into the chocolate with the banana and was stuck. really gross. it is priced too high to deal with things like this. i struggled to pull the rest of the hair out and just settled on tossing it.

The guests at our wedding celebration raved about the delicious gelato pops that were served by your very capable and efficient server, Jordan. The truck, the pops, and the whole atmosphere was exceptional!! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the dessert offering and some even came back for seconds! A true sign of satisfaction! Thank you Asi and your team for helping us have a successful event!

We had the HipPOPs truck at our housewarming party and it was a BIG HIT! The truck was right on schedule. The truck is adorable with the fun lights! The service was wonderful but the very best part was the AMAZING pops! SOOOO many compliments! Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to find a HipPOPs truck at Rooney Ranch elementary. They were there as it was supply drop off night before the start of the school year. We picked up four pops, which included one for our pup. Love their gelato and the service can’t be beat. We always look forward to seeing them when they are at Rooney and other locations around town. Our favorite treat!!

The ice creams are amazing which is why I keep going back. But the last time I got to the truck as the driver was packing up just before leaving and was denied service. I left a bad review and received the following response from the owner:

"We are so sorry for this driver's behavior! Our Code of Conduct clearly asks our drivers to never turn down a customer, and we are definitely going to speak to this driver, so thank you for your feedback.... "

I appreciated their commitment to improving their service.

Yummy! Best ice cream I have had in awhile. Thanks for coming out to CCOB! The seasonal pumpkin with chocolate and pecans was a delicious treat.
