New Zealand… in Denver!? This little quaint ice cream shop located in Edgewater Public Market does it all! Vegan ice cream, New Zealand style (must try) and your traditional style! Yummy yummy in my tummy! The attached picture is their New Zealand style with their croissant cone (limited time), OooooWeeee!

We hired Happy Cones' ice cream truck for our mini golf event and it was a big hit! They were easy to work with and have fantastic ice cream - they brought about 9 flavors with them including dairy free! Highly recommend them for events - or just stopping into their locations for a treat for yourself.

Amazing ice cream, there is no doubt about that! Also, if you read the story about the owner, they seem like a really cool person with an inspiring story. The coffee chocolate crack milkshake is my go-to. My only complaint is that $10 for a milkshake is kind of rediculous. I don’t usually complain about prices in my reviews, because you tend to get what you pay for and I know prices are going up, but $10…for a milkshake? What has this world come to. Anyway I’m going to reluctantly continue to spend my money here because it’s delicious and I’m hooked. Also, very friendly service!! Thanks Happy Cones

Both of the girls working were amiable. We ordered two different New Zealand style ice cream flavors, mixed berry and strawberry banana. I loved how creamy the texture was and it was made with real fruit. Prices were good. I wished there was a location back in Illinois.

Best ice cream I’ve had in the Denver area! I got the honey lavender and can’t wait to go back and try their fresh-made New Zealand style flavors. Service was excellent too and we got to try flavors before choosing.

We hired Happy Cones Ice Cream Truck for our dad's celebration of life over Father's day weekend. Our dad LOVED ice cream. Traveling to New Zealand we discovered the Kiwi version of soft serve, berries and sweet cream, and I was lucky enough to find Happy Cones in Colorado! Our Happy Truck server, Caleb was a wonderful! Kind, efficient and fun. If you want to make your celebration special and memorable, don't hesitate to hire Happy Cones to cater your event. You will be so Happy you did!

We used Happy Cones for an event we had for our church at a local park. They were wonderful. The ice cream is amazing (I personally loved the coconut cream, but I heard great comments about everything that was available). Working with Caleb and his crew was easy and enjoyable which isn't always the case with a food truck. If you have an event and need dessert book Happy Cones, and if you are craving some yummy ice cream find a truck or hit up their shops at Edgewater Public Market or the Golden Mill.
