First time ordering here, the staff were amazing. I went to use the free medium drink and ordered a large by mistake. To my surprise they surprised me with the large drink of my choice with a sweet message. Yummy coffee !!

We have moved from Oregon and Dutch Bros was our coffee place. The product is still delicious and you can tell by the lines and wait time most others enjoy the coffe too. We notice the staff just isn't into chatting up the customer or as friendly as we are use to experiencing in Oregon. We still frequent Dutch Bros and definitely enjoy the coffee.

My wife and I go to Dutch Brothers at least twice a week for a late night coffee. Last night, Alyse and Payton took care of us. They greeted us with a smile and talked to us the whole time we were there. Treated us just like family. Most of the employees do a great job there but last night Alyse & Payton did a great job. Go by and see them next time you need a drink.

The past two times I have gone, the customer service was AWFUL!!! This location needs more menus with the length of cars it has. Some people do not know the menu on the back of their hands. My drink was not frozen by the time I got to the register. The lady was super frazzled and someone should have stepped in and helped. Those that paid with a cars received their stuff.
I won't be back for the simple reason that I don't want to wait longer than it takes at Starbucks.
I can spend extra money other places knowing that my orders are worth the money!!
