The long wait is finally over! And glad to say it was well worth it. It’s spacious, aisles a wide and the shop is well thought out. Plenty of self serve checkout counters. Love the fact it’s open till midnight; the only one in the area that opens that late.

The deli section looks top notch and the Asian and international aisle has plenty of options.

Great to have a full sized coles here. I particularly appreciated how well integrated it is with the glass shopfront facing the street, conduicive basement parking, high ceilings and seamless connection with specially shops.

I got duped buying discounted quick meals at the front. They aren't any good in terms of taste and variety. Don't make the same mistake like me and just get a hot meal from adjacent eateries for the same price really.

Very busy Sunday and they only have 1 staffed check out, the rest just machines. Big fat no to this. Dear Coles, you want money from humans? Then have human helping humans, not machines. Machines are ugly and distasteful. The other day I waited and got served by the lovely Michelle, 5 stars for her. Today, I walked out. You lost sales because you don't have enough people working.

Good spacious area inside Coles for shopping
Great staffs especially duty manager Brooke very polite and well mannered, treats all consumers equally in ways of talking to them,knows where the things needs in every aisle
Always busy but accepted with grace and not shown to consumers of stress or impatience Good work Brooke
Coles is lucky to have him working at Bridge Road
Unfortunately aisle of meats are always limited in stock and so are eggs
Good to nominate monthly rewards to one staff per month to promote morales and satisfactions of staffs and helps to increase income to Coles by having happy and contented customers

Must be the most expensive market in Australia.

Add to that their dystopian surveillance systems.

Add to that being treated like cattle and having to self serve as they only have a tiny assisted checkout area

Add to that no lower prices despite hiring less people.

Add to that over a billion in profits this year.

Once was enough. I'm off to the IGA and aldi. Let this mega corporation do its thing. I'm spending elsewhere.

Much more expensive than anywhere else in Richmond. I guess the owners are charging very high rents, and the businesses using the place simply have to add that onto the price of their goods. There are many, many empty shops along Bridge Street in Richmond, so I expect the over pricing of premises may well be a general thing in this area.
