As I just leave from the store, staff always chatting with each other. Having fun as I completed my transaction at checkout. I was unable to get my receipt because of a system error. I was in hurry and I asked for help from staff. Not only staff didn’t help me, they were making fun of my demand on wanting my receipt. they said they can’t generate receipts but they’re pretty good at generating topics to talk with each other. I was in a hurry so I wasn’t able to wait at the store. they were laughing why we were having a conversation with them. I think managers should teach them how to treat customers. I will give the name of the staff as well but I don’t want them to get fired. 100% if I explain something like that, in future, I will share the names as well. I couldn’t get my receipt. And faced to get parking fine because of their attitudes towards their job. Such a bad customer experience I have taken

A better than average Coles store, but being a very busy store it often has items not available on shelves. Love the mochi ice cream and freshly squeezed OJ that’s available, would love to see more of these gourmet offerings (check out the Coles Port Melbourne to see what they have on offer...) Great to see the old Dimmy’s building have a new lease of life!

ONE OF MANY COLES SUPERMARKET OUTLETS
This one is housed in an ornate old building once occupied by Dimmeys - a piece of Richmond culture from yesteryear!
The supermarket is large, has good selection of fresh produce and has a liquor store attached.

I shopped almost every day for almost two years and always enjoyed my experience at Coles Richmond Icon. Love the art and heritage storytelling at the front of the store.

Although, what made me want to post this review is the excellent catering options. It was so easy and simple to order wraps, sweet treats, grazing platters and more - very impressed and we would order again for our next event!

Don't love the price gouging but it seems to be consistent across all supermarkets so I won't hold it against only them 😉

I shop here every other morning for a snack on the way to work. Its always clean, the food is fresh and I've never had a problem with this place. The only downside is the exit and extrance are both on the same side, the opposite end of the store. But not really a complaint that they can change of course!

Lately, I've been getting veggies and fruits with mold, like lemons, blackberries, raspberries, and even dates with this nasty black stuff inside. It's a bummer because I usually trust Coles for top-notch stuff.

I get that things happen, but it's been kinda regular at Swan St.

It does what it's designed to do. The deli isn't as good as other Coles but the staff are lovely
