They move pretty slow in here. By the time they made our third order the first one was a dripping mess on the counter. When we got there there were only 3 patrons in front of us including the 1 being served; when we left the whole room was full. The ice cream was of course as good as ever though, just don’t expect a quick turn here.

Ordered butter pecan ice cream. Paid $7 for a generous scoop of tan ice cream no pecans. Paid $7 for scoop of vanilla oreo, just vanilla, no oreos. No need to pay for this. Go to a supermarket and get a $7 mhalf gallon of anything and it will measure up.

First let me start by stating whatever managers that should be working need to give these 3 young ladies a Big Raise! $9 and lower isn’t the standard for girls to be working without support from a leader. They should be given the managing position because they did a amazing job considering how busy it stayed while we were there waiting and ate our Ice cream! Please reward and keep staff like this! Don’t complain later when they all leave.

Cold Stone left a mixed impression during our visit. The service was passable, although it seemed that the staff was preoccupied in the back of the store while we were there, leaving the tables sticky. In the absence of assistance, we took it upon ourselves to clean them.

However, when it came to the ice cream itself, Cold Stone shined. The ice cream was truly exceptional, made to perfection and bursting with flavor. Despite the initial hiccups, the quality of the ice cream made up for it, leaving us with a sweet and satisfying experience.

Just arrived at store at 7 PM on a Friday. It’s closed, no one inside, what in the world A lady just passed by, said he thinks they are closed for good. What a shame, seems like a no lose business model if you aren’t just a lazy business owner.

Informed them of a peanut allergy for my daughter and was told everything was contaminated with peanuts. How on earth is that even safe?

Stopped in for a treat with my daughter. The ice cream and mix-in combinations allow a lot of creativity. Their signature mixes also help eliminate the need to get scientific if your looking for an easy decision. We were greeted promptly and served quickly.
