The real reason for this review is the service of one of the amazing employees here. He is a younger male with ling black hair. When we visited 2 weeks ago, we noticed a customer giving him a really hard time, but not once did he waiver in his service to the customer despite him getting multiple "eye-rolls" from her. She didn't even say thank you to him after working through all of her criticisms, but this employee handled it so well.

The gelato here is good if you are looking for something new to try! It can be a little costly compared to other places but it was all for a new experience and atmosphere. There are loads of flavors and you can get an unlimited amount of different flavors in your cup.

The atmosphere is really cozy and well designed. I personally enjoyed the chocolate based flavors but can't wait to go back and try some more!

Service- I wasn’t pleased with the touch screen when you first walk in. The main screen should read something like- “CHOOSE AND PAY YOUR STYLE OF ICE CREAM HERE, WE WILL GET YOUR FLAVOR AT THE COUNTER”

I found myself wasting a ton of time scrolling looking for flavors. It made us frustrated to start. And then it asks to add a tip. I was already frustrated and then you want me to tip

Overall it’s a smart system, keeps the line flowing and the employees concentrating on their service, but I fear it’s not to the employees advantage regarding their tips. As I said, I was already frustrated and didn’t tip at first. After we received our gelato, she did such a good job I went back to the counter and put cash in the jar.

Atmosphere is well down. I loved the elegant white oak furnishings, open beam design and brick. Nice dark porcelain floors that in time the owners will appreciate not having to fuss over staining from foot traffic. Super nice branding and display of their signature “rose” presentation of their gelato.

I give the food 4 star due to the flavorless cone I had. The gelato is 10 star! They have a great Belgium waffle with gelato. It smelt amazing and looked great. I’ll try that next time.

Overall, this place has amazing potential. My suggestion would be- keep the gelato as is or better, don’t change vendors, try and make the waffle cones in-house.

Lastly, work on the home page of the touch screen purchasing. It has potential, it’s just a little confusing at first. There’s a certain “romance” in getting a gelato. Walking up to a touch screen takes that away.

They have the most unique presentation of gelatos and macrons. A rose petal cone of your favorite gelatos on a cone or in a cup. We had the larger one in a cup. Rob had a cone and whipped cream added to his order. I had a pistachio macron added to mine. We enjoyed the bright colors and the wonderful flavors. What a great new place to visit in downtown Roswell. You will love it if you love good quality ice cream made with the finest ingredients. What is the difference between ice cream and a gelato? Gelatos have quality ingredients and the cream has a higher butter fat content. Brewers ice cream is now labeled as a frozen dessert due to lack of cream. Gelatos in Italy and England have cows who produce milk with 23% butterfat. Which is why they have such good cheese and gelatos. Aminh Talbot made my lovely gelato.

This place is so cute! Went here for the opening and tried their gelato. Wanted to try all the flavors, but passion fruit, raspberry, mango, and basil lime are so delicious. It’s also really cute inside and the staff is super friendly. I’m happy this place opened, I’m a bit worried about the parking being full in the future but I’ll be back!

If you want gelato this is the place to go! Flors are scrumdiddlumptious! The staff is friendly, if you’re having a hard time deciding what flavor you want….not a problem they will provide a tasting. They are pet friendly….my pups had the vanilla gelato, I had the Amarena (cream & black cherries) on our first visit.

The second visit I had mango & raspberry. I tried the blood orange and thought the raspberry was a better compliment to the mango, yep the pups had their vanilla.

Such a great addition to downtown Roswell; perfect spot for after dinner…. Get a little walk in to make room for the supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Geltao!?

Had a wonderful experience bringing grandparents to Amorino for the first time. Kiosks were very easy and see through to figure out, customer service was A1 and flavors were some of the best I have ever had. Definitely a return customer! Try the waffles and gourmet lattes, wont be disappointed!

This place is definitely my new go-to spot for gelato. The grand opening was beautiful and the service was amazing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, they helped us order and made sure everything was going smoothly with the self-serve check out. I got a sorbet and it was delicious, you definitely have to get a gelato macaroon on top. I absolutely will be back!

Best place for gelato. They have huge variety of flavors. Great service. They made a small mistake on my drink, but they were really patient with me and remade the drink as well.
