When I studied abroad in Florence, I had gelato nearly every day! I had given up on trying to find anything even close to the perfectly creamy consistency and texture of authentic gelato here in the states but my mom introduced me to The Gelato Spot a few months ago and I was not disappointed! I love the variety of original flavors, which taste exactly as they are advertised (try the taro! Thank me later). The service is friendly and prompt, the prices are reasonable, and there is seating both inside and outside. While the consistency is not a perfect match to true Italian gelato, it is definitely the closest that I've tried! I think you're going to like it!

Got the black sesame and vietnamese coffee gelato both were incredible together. The gelato spots gelato tasted fresh and has so many unique flavors. Highly recommend.

Gelato was delicious and staff is super friendly! Beautiful spot to relax and catch up with friends or hit up for dessert while on a date. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to try other flavors!

A great option for gelato near highway three. They have a rotating menu with lots of unique flavors. More recently I got the lemon and blueberry ricotta flavor, in the past ube, pistachio etc. Highly recommend. Beware parking can be a bit difficult as that strip has a lot of businesses with signs claiming spot for their location so I avoid going during peak hours. There is parking near the train tracks but it's a walk in.

I've only had gelato once before at a place in downtown Houston. This wasn't quite a good as the other place, but it was still tasty with a very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and an enjoyable atmosphere.

Best Gelato we've ever had! Lots of unique flavors to choose from, friendly staff and cool environment. I brought my Grandparents, born/raised in Naples, Italy who were over-the-moon excited to find authentic Gelato after trying several different creameries. They couldn't stop smiling and I am so grateful they could enjoy such a wonderful experience. What a gem - we'll definitely be back many times!

I think the Gelato still needs some more attention. The flavors weren’t as good as expected. I found the flavors I tried to have a bad aftertaste.
I am glad my kids found something, but I didn’t find anything I liked. I was surprised that chocolate wasn’t offered.
Probably would try to find another Gelato place next time
