The customer service is usually great and the employees are friendly. This last visit, the Manager, Mandy, did not provide great customer service and would not layer the flavors the way my husband asked. She told him it "wasn't allowed" and then supposedly made "an exception" after arguing with him about... only to then fill 80% of the half-gallon tub with one flavor. We've been coming here for years and this was the only time a manager provided such poor customer service.

OHMIGAWD! Best Italian ices ever! The vibe is always good and even if there is a long line the staff is patient with each person. Andrew, Sophia, Kayla and Sam are my favorites, I think that they all left for school but the new people that work there are really cool. I have seen them give multiple samples and always have a smile on their faces.Wonderful that you have a nice selection of sugar free flavors. My personal favorite is the gelato with Cherry & Blue Raspberry and Vanilla!

I Love Jeremiah’s. It’s our families favorite sweet treat. Gelatis are the best. A mix of iced and soft serve. There isn’t anything better!!
Last week my son in college up at UF sent me a photo of an exclusive offer only at the Boca store…. A tailgate bucket. A half gallon of Pina Colada, Strawberry Lemonade or Mango iced with a hole in the middle for your favorite adult beverage. I picked up a Mango bucket for game day and OMG… it’s Fabulous!!$ Available of a limited time… I will be back next weekend for Pina Colada.

Kids “took” us here! We all had a twisted Italian ice and soft ice cream-with toppings of course! Huge variety of flavors- the picture is a small (sugar free cherry with swirl ice cream and chocolate chips). Gotta try!

This place is awesome! The combination of the Italian ice with soft serve is just delicious! My favorite flavors are bahama breeze, cotton candy and mango with vanilla. Whoever thought of this really hit a home run! My daughter and I both love Jeremiah’s.

The person on shift today for the 2nd time in a row was so rude. As soon as he opened the window was nasty and told me to wait until someone else came to serve me that he would not serve me. The five minutes I spent waiting in line the next five minutes I spent arguing back-and-forth with him to the point where I could’ve already had my order and been on my way but instead he refused to serve me even after I told him that he was not making my order correctly the last time and after the third time of telling him it was not what I wanted he got nasty with me. You don’t treat paying customers this way he also then accuse me of trying to get him fired which I did not but I did file a complaint which I will be filing another complaint.
