Do not waste your money on this NONSENSE they call gelato. I literally just recieved a SLUSHEE. ITS STRAIGHT ICE WATER. the coffee “gelato” was really cute! I like how it tasted like a coffee bean was in the room when it was made, perhaps in the other room as this is straight cold milk slush. what nonsense. server was nice and she tried her best i think. what a waste of my hour of minimum wage work. why lie about gelato not even icecream straight slush! so sad. get your act together Caroline.

Not to mention that the “gelato” was not even cream adjacent, but a crumbly sad mess. it was so crumbly and icky that we didn’t even receive scoops but a patted down cup of blah.

They used to do better serving sizes but now they’re so stingy there’s not point in going - they give you so little Gelato and the prices went way up. Also you can’t get two flavors in the small anymore, what a petty business model. Go to Miruku up the street.

Visited the location during the Oktoberfest, ordering carrot cake and pumpkin. The consistency of the carrot cake was a little flaky. While the pumpkin was very smooth. Although both flavors were delightful. All-around a good experience.

No place to sit and service was a bit slow. We went after the kids dress rehearsal they had over at the arts building. We were behind 4 goofy and inconsiderate millennials that would not order. The cashier didn’t persuade them and just them talk in front of the counter. After a good many minutes one of them decided they would order. When it came our turn we felt rushed. The cashier left us to go back to prep for tomorrow. Came and took our order then began to turn off lights and lock up. Gelatos were good but we felt we couldn’t stay at the table due to closing the store around us and ate in the car.

I’ve come to this spot before and it’s been wonderful. Today, I came in with my son and we waited as the lady behind the counter served the father ahead of us. . While waiting a worker came behind the counter, did not wash her hands and had a friend come in behind her. Instead of greeting us or acknowledging us she proceeded to ask her friend what she wanted and served her. Annoyed with the whole situation, we left.

What a joke!!! This is not gelato y'all!!! Terrible is an understatement. I ordered pistachio flavor (which is more expensive - like who does that?!!) , and returned it instantly. Horrible flavor, icy, and nothing like what gelato is supposed to be. Husband got milkshake, ton of milk, nothing like what an actual milkshake should be like. Threw it out.
Please rename your business to ice cream shop, even though that's a far cry too

The employees who helped us with our gelato were so professional, kind, and sweet. However, the owner could benefit from business etiquette courses. Scolding the way the employees scoop the gelato, then chastising them for not having any tips in the tip jar. It made the entire shop feel very uncomfortable.
