Delicious ice cream! We stopped here after dinner and had some of their delicious ice cream! They had some interesting flavors but we opted for what we often get. They will give you samples to try before you buy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed this dessert to top off our dinner. Thank you, Skoops!

Visited skoops last month with my friend after our boat tour and it was a great experience. The workers were very attentive and nice and they also gave samples which helps you pick the best choice. All of the options they have looked and tasted delicious so really you won’t be disappointed no matter what you choose. The flavors and quality of ingredients are unique. If you’re looking for an ice cream place in this heat at bayside I recommend skoops, the atmosphere and vibes are lit.

This is a treasure in the Bayside area. Flavors, presentations, and quality of ingredients are absolutely unique. My suggestion is to find an acid flavor and combine it with a creamy, get a crunchy, freshly made waffle cone and put it on a cup because it will melt very fast. Seating needs attention and perhaps a little more planning, reason why I give them 4 stars.

The flavors were okay. I didn't find one I wanted to buy, but my wife enjoyed hers. The guy accidentally over charged us for 1 extra cone. When I brought it to his attention, he kindly apologized and gave us a refund. The small cone is $14.99. Overall we would recommend this as a nice place to grab a cool treat.

From the moment I walked in, her warm welcome and genuine smile instantly made me feel at home. She was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for.

Vale went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my order was perfect, and her product knowledge was impressive. She made thoughtful recommendations based on my preferences, which turned out to be spot on. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch, and Vale managed to do just that.

Maripily is a great server. She was happy and gave me some really tasty recommendations. I got a Oreo cheesecake/carmel cheesecake scoop combo! Great customer and the ice cream was delicious! Perfect way to cool off.
