2nd Review: Terrible service from top to bottom. Anyone I've spoken to, in relation to this company, provides mediocre service. I'm currently represented by Jose Avina and can give no positive feedback. There's constant delays between receiving information. I can't remember the last time anything was provided on my first request. Frequent misinformation and apologies are frustrating when the service doesn't ever improve. After my initial review, Jose reached out to apologize for the companies prior service and assured me things would be different now that he'd be taking over. But there haven't been any improvements.

1st Review: Worst lawyers. Can't even answer the phone. Have been waiting 2 weeks for a call back from either Doreen or Anna but haven't spoken to either. Anytime I call the office I am sent to voice-mail. Receptionist aren't helpful either just leave the phone ringing before even transferring calls. Pathetic service and response times.

Response: Let me clarify, the receptionists are answering the phone but are no help in scheduling a call back time or day. And rather than transfer immediately, they will leave the phone ringing on the receptionists line then transfer to the correct phone line that quickly goes to voice-mail. I've confronted them about it twice and never got a mature response; recently one just laughed when I explained what they're doing. So yes, someone is answering on the main line but after that it's only voice-mails. And again yes, I have been in communication with someone but only in the capacity of "I'll have them call you back" because apparently only one person is able to answer my questions and they're never available; won't matter the time of day. I have the call logs/emails too, please review how many of my incoming calls ended in voice-mail, or "no answer," and emails that went unresponded or got a reply a week or two later. Not just from the last two weeks, but since I was initially a client. I'm not asking anyone to stop servicing others and only attend to me, but can there be some reasonable response/call back times? Can there be communication from receptionists when someone may be available or in office? Can someone else help with questions/clarifications? Can the people I need to speak with email/text me to schedule a time to talk, rather than hoping I don't miss their one call? Can someone take the initiative in solving problems rather than deflecting them? The issue doesn't stem from just the last two weeks but it's the catalyst for this review and request for better service. Don't ask me again to take down this review, provide satisfactory service and maybe I'll consider it.
