This was one of the better gelato's that I've had in a while, but I didn't quite understand the concept of it all. I do understand that they are trying to sell the high end European style but I didn't understand the service. Our group just came from dinner and all felt out of place. We felt that we were being served with no respect, like we were supposed to understand the Italian language and know what it was all about. Would have walked out, if it wasn't for the raving reviews.

Omg the best gelato ever! I’m not a huge ice cream person but I’ve been going to this place frequently since I found them. Highly recommend the hazelnut and/or pistachio flavors!

Went here for a late night treat not expecting to see so many vegan flavours. I thought they’d be sorbet but the guy at the counter said we’d be missing out if we didn’t try it. So we had a double scoop one of dark chocolate and one of the melon and it was definitely a 10/10 !!! The cone on the top was a good addition, they also have some options for toppings if interested.

Great gelato, but they are trying too hard to sell the Italian atmosphere. Poor servers have to explain the flavors to each customer because they are written in Italian. It's even more confusing for the customer, who has to rush to make a decision after waiting in line.

Yes, of course, the gelato was absolutely delicious and the texture was spot-on. But what made our experience amazing was the customer service. Simone was so engaging and helpful, and clearly takes such pride in her work. She absolutely made our day! From someone also in hospitality, Simone’s energy and care for her customers really resonated. Thanks!!

The gelato and granita are delicious! We were super excited to find a place that serves granita and the brioche bun like in Sicily and were not disappointed. The young lady working the counter was super friendly and helpful as well! Highly recommend!!!
