Grande, con tanti prodotti locali ed etnici di buona qualità, forse con frutta/verdure non proprio economiche, distribuito su due piani connessi da una scala mobile. A mio parere merita un attenzione particolare il reparto "fish" dove si trovano gamberi freschi a prezzi molto buoni oltre che ai soliti salmone, barramundi, ect. Unico appunto è la distribuzione della merce che si trova, a volte senza motivo alcuno, in reparti diversi per la stessa tipologia merceologica. Comunque merita almeno una visita

Shocking customer service! My checkout man spoke to another colleague the entire time I spent putting groceries on the conveyor till I left . ( loud & foreign language)
Not impressed !
In addition I can never get everything g in my list anyways!
And this was all before there Price Gouging was exposed!!
Shame on you!

There is much to dislike about Woolworths; poor implementation of automated procedures, high prices and price gouging, etc.

But this one at least is a very good size, convenient location, and has a surprisingly good range of fresh and preserved goods, as well as a good selection of international foods.

For those reasons I think it fits the minimum standard of what other Woolworth's should aspire to and don't meet.

This Full Line Woolworths Supermarket in Melbourne's Southbank is a must-visit for any peanut butter connoisseur. This modern, multi-level store boasts an unparalleled selection of Australian and New Zealand peanut butter brands, making it a true haven for enthusiasts of this creamy delight. Its distinctive layout, featuring an unusual floor plan and an in-store lift, adds to the unique shopping experience.However, despite its contemporary design and status as a flagship store, there is a notable disappointment regarding the lack of bicycle parking facilities. This omission is particularly surprising in such a densely populated inner-city area. Nevertheless, the store excels in covering most of your everyday shopping needs, with a wide range of items consistently in stock.

Good selection of Asian and western groceries as well as baked goods and ready to eat meals. Nice fresh produce sections on both levels of the store. Prices are reasonable (but not cheap).

- FREE 90 min parking with min $15 spend still exist, they've now worked out how to get it to you digitally as well automatically, instantly after your shop.
-Their scan & go still generally works well. Currently still doesn't accept gift cards.
-Their fast food section is worth a visit - I always get sushi, takoyaki and spring rolls whenever I visit. Sometimes they don't have it already boxed up, but they're more than happy to make it fresh for you if the equipment is still on, so you can make a request, do your shopping, then go pick it up before heading out!

Good range of products, a lot more variety than South Melbourne store. Top floor has your dry goods and fridge/frozen food, perishables downstairs. Wheelchair accessible. Friendly staff. Free 90 min parking (one entrance via Hoff Bvd off Kavanagh st) with min $15 spend - scan the barcode on your receipt at car park. Entry/exit points with checkouts on both floors. The store also has the Scan & Go app capability which is great for keeping track of your costs as you shop, can only checkout downstairs though. The way this gets checked is : after a number of transactions (I think random) on your next check out, the system will ask for a staff to scan 5 items in your cart to make sure there are no un-scanned items, there's only one scan & go check-out though which isn't manned, so either you or someone in front of you may hold up the line, so may be worth checking if there's a line before pre-paying on the app.

I'm frequent consumer of Southbank woolworths.
Today I was there at sea food counter for fresh prawns and there was Badal as sale person.
I just told him please don't put any broken prawns and he was reacting dam rude and spoke something wrong in his language.
I got really bad experience.

Woolworths management team should care their customer and should be polite.
