We visited 4 ice cream parlors during our 7 day vacation in Myrtle Beach. And concluded that this place was number 1. The nice young lady that helped us was courtesy and helpful. Prices were reasonable and one scoop seems like two. Lots of options of ice cream , cones, bowls, and sizes. All set in a vintage 1800s atmosphere, with lots of seating and parking.

A cozy and small ice cream shop. Loved the pistachio and almond ice cream on a nut covered waffle cone. Calories maxed out but worth it! I recommend this place for everyone who enjoys a treat every now and then.

Sweet visit!

On our last trip to Myrtle Beach for our October family vacation, we made a stop at Kirks Ice Cream Parlor for the very first time. The one thing I can say, above all about this place is the nostalgia is on point! It was like stepping back in time in every inch of the establishment. What an awesome feeling!

The gorgeous light fixtures, the warm wood walls, decor pieces, and everything clear down to the vintage games when you first walk in the door send you back in time.

The worker that was in the establishment that day was wonderful! She was so very pleasant, always had a smile on her face, and looked like that she genuinely enjoys her job. If I lived there, I would come back every day just to see her.

Excited to pop in on a return trip!

Tons of flavor to choose from. We got Rocky road, banana pudding and coconut. All of them were delicious. They have seating in door. The staff was helpful in sampling for us.

My family and I visit Kirk’s each time we come down to MB! They have really good ice cream and the lady behind the counter was extremely polite. The only negatives about this place is that it’s in an old strip mall that is in need of dire renovation. The parlor itself also had a bathroom smell, which I didn’t particularly care for. But it’s such a reminiscent of my childhood and upbringing. I love it, nonetheless. ❤️❤️❤️

I took my family out for ice cream while we were on vacation. We chose Kirks. The ice cream was very good, they treated us well even though our kids can be a little crazy sometimes. We ended up leaving without knowing my daughter left her build-A-bear at our table.
We were heading home the next morning and realized we had left it at Kirks, so we called that day to see if they found it. Not only did they find it but they even shipped the bear to our home in Tennessee! Great people and great business!

My daughter and her absolutely awesome fiance took me to Myrtle Beach. Our first night we decided to try Kirk’s for dessert. They always find an ice cream spot when they go on vacation, and stick with it for the duration. That’s exactly what we did after trying Kirk’s. They have a wide selection including a few sugar free. The service is outstanding, they have no issues with letting you try as many samples till you find that flavor you are in the mood for. They are also open till 11pm, which is perfect for us late nighters.

By far, the very best ice cream that Myrtle Beach has to offer! You will have a difficult time settling on one or two flavors. This is the richest, creamiest, most flavorful ice cream around. Trust me.
