If I could give less than 1, I would. Staff extremely rude and has zero idea about manners. Stood in front of the till to be served for good 10 minutes, they kept coming out and looked at me but did not say single word that they’re closed till I finally asked one of them if they’re open and the guy almost screamed in rude tone saying no. Learn some manners and customer service skills, up till then you should work far away from them.

This is your only option to sit and eat something if you are flying from gates B. Restaurant has a mix of standard and smart desks. Smart desks have interactive screens, USB-A plugs and phone wireless chargers (they are on the sides of the table, and you need to pull them out).

The food was fine, and the two ladies working there were nice, although it seems they don't speak english.

Everything was clean, tables are cleaned regulary.

The only issue is that it's adjacent to the smoking area and smoke will enter the restaurant area when smokers come in and out.

Well, this is embarrassing. For a place called Tech Restaurant in an airport, the plugs don't work, so you can't charge your phone. Moreover, the tables are so dirty that you wouldn't even want to sit down. To add to that, the smoking area is located directly in the sitting area. Really?

They don’t know how to make an Americano. I was given a filter coffee (which I hate and did not ask for). When I asked them to make me a proper fresh Americano coffee (fresh espresso shot with hot water) they refused. I don’t know how an Italian café does not know how to make coffee. Very disappointed with the beverages and the customer service.
